The whole development team is currently striving to find the root cause of the issue as soon as possible.
However, the fix for this issue is taking longer than anticipated as it involves not only applying a correction but also conducting thorough testing.
Especially for the issue where a black screen is displayed during the gameplay, you have to redownload the entire game data to resolve the issue.
We understand the inconvenience of our hunters and are taking measures so that the issue can be resolved by just downloading additional data.
Please understand that the searching and applying for that solution is taking some time.
For hunters who wish to enjoy the game sooner, please redownload the game data in a wifi environment.
We also have promised a check-in event that contains Essence Stones through the Developer Livestream.
We have decided to reinforce the rewards and distribute them to hunters as soon as possible.
